Got just what I ordered, fast and inexpensive - and holy mackerel, are these babies HOT!

After reading a couple of other folks' experience with this, I must admit that I thought it was just me: I purchased the seeds. They came, as indicated above, in a small zip-lock bag with instructions. I went to great pains to germinate and grow these plants. When they started to take off, I began to worry that they looked a lot like the habaneros I was also growing. Alas, after months of work and care: regular habaneros one could find/buy anywhere. I'd like to think we are entitled to a refund or replacement; just don't know how to go aboout it. Had to give this 1 star, as 0 stars is not an option. Hirts hurts!

I bought from their site directly earlier this year. I've been growing bhuts for a few years now (usually from another distributor) but I was too late in getting them this year. I found Hirts who was out of the bhut plants but had what they described as a 'Chocolate bhut jolokia'. They claim on their site it grows naturally in the Assam area (where bhuts originate). I kind of felt like it was a bit of a scam since I've never heard of a Chocoalate Bhut and figured it was likely a cross breed of a chocolate Habanero and a Bhut. Whelp, I got the plants (they were in very good condition) and grew them and much to my disappointment they've turned out to be just regular Chocolate Habanero plants.

I ordered the Bhut Jolokia plant from Hirts Gardens. I got the plant and it was ok and grew very well. But when the peppers started growing I noticed it wasn't the Bhut Jolokia it was a Habanero pepper. The tag on the plant is for the Bhut Jolokia plant. I am very disappointed in this company. I will order another Bhut Jolokia plant but not from Hirts Gardens since they can't keep their inventory correct. I don't recomend buying from them since you don't know what they are going to send you.

I bought these seeds because I love chili so much. I heard about Buht Jolokia a lot and have a dream to plant myself. I bought from Hirt's company, but when I read reviews about this company...I felt regret. It sounded bad company. I received my seeds today, and I'm happy...nice and good packet and came along with information too. I'll give 5 stars when my seeds germinate... Thanks

A very easy-to-use sprouter that works especially well for beans and grains (I prefer the old Mason-jar-with-stainless-mesh-lid method for green sprouts). It works so well, in fact, that I was caught off guard when my last batch of lentils (which I previous used jars for) grew faster than I expected, and got to leaf stage! Would be a great sprouter for kids.

I'v never sprouted before and got this for my vegitarian 9 year old son. It is so much fun and so easy I can't even believe more people don't do it. I appriciate everyone's ratings here because you all (not I'm not southern)helped me decide to try it. With a total of maybe 5 minutes over 4 days, you get a few cups of sprouts. (probably quicker than finding in a grocery store, where you have to bag, twistie tye, scan, load, unload, wash....) We got the salad mix. They taste delicious although our daughter who is younger, thinks the mix is "too spicy." I like the bite to it though. I put them is taco shells, on tomatoe soup, on salad, eat with crackers and cheese. They are very flavorful. Thanks everyone!

As a novice I found the directions obscure and unhelpful and had difficulty with my first try. Only after reading other reviews did I comprehend how to do sprouting.

We wanted to start heading towards more 'raw' foods, and many recipes we found required sprouts of one type or another. I ordered two of these sprouting jars/cups, and they work great. Sprouting is now 100% hassle free. I've already recommended these to others, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

For about a year I'd been using a two tier plastic sprouter, about five inches square with a base, two clear trays, and a lid. It worked but I wanted to try this Easy Sprout and I am so glad I did. It is incredibly simple and works perfectly. I use mine for broccoli (I buy organic seeds from Sprout House) and I find I do not need the small seed insert that comes in the kit. The included instructions are ridiculous and if you go by them you will think it's too much trouble to make your own sprouts. All I do is put the inner cup inside the outer cup, pour 1/4 cup of seeds in, fill with water, and let soak overnight. Next morning I lift the inner cup (which has a perforated bottom) out and pour out the soak water, replace inner cup (with soaked seeds in it), fill with water and let the seeds rinse, drain again, I do that twice at least. From then on it's just a matter of rinsing and draining twice a day. This sprouter makes twice as many sprouts per batch compared to the two tiered square sprouter. You can use the Easy Sprouter to store your sprouts in the 'fridge but I have another system for storing so I don't. I have a colander that fits inside an old Tupperware iceburg lettuce keeper. I put my drained and somewhat air dried sprouts in the colander inside the lettuce keeper and put the lid on. That way my sprouts have room to breath and are up in the colander with air circlulating around, yet still covered. Works great. Update - Two small changes would make this sprouter even better - give it some color somewhere because it's nearly invisible and being tall you can easy knock it over not realizing it's sitting there. The other improvement would be to make the little ledges that hold the inner container up in the high position easier to use. They are very slight and slanty so it takes some effort to get the stays of the inner container to rest on them.

Only 1 out of the 3 herbs seem to be growing....The Oregano. I'm not happy with this product.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter. I was with her when she unwrapped her gift, and she loved it, loves growing herbs. The pots are really nice also.

Pots are extremely attractive, but much smaller than I was imagining they would be...but for an inside herb garden, I guess that could be a plus. I have not planted the seeds that come with it, I bought these to plant cat grass and cat nip for my kitties. Aside from wishing they were a smidge bigger, I am pleased with this cute little set.

I am happy with the ceramic tray and containers - not happy with the seeds. One had no seeds and the seeds in the other two failed to produce.

This cd was a genuine delight. The music, plus really good liner notes, was an education in itself. I knew little about this group of composer- arrangers and the time in which they lived. "Fat White Woman Whom Nobody Loves" may not have been meant as humorous, but it was anyway. This has got to be one of the KS'S all-time best.

This 2-disc restored 1951 edition of the timeless classic is presented in the ORIGINAL 1.37:1 format. If only other studios would pay the same attention to detail with their "restored" movies. It may seem like a small difference, but where would YOU trim off an equal amount of a famous painting in order to cram what was left into a smaller frame?

This version of the classic story by Dickens is my favorite. Alastair Sim brought more life, for me, to the character of Scrooge than any other actor that has played the role. The reunion between him and his nephew on Christmas Day causes a welling in my throat, and tears to my eyes simply by thinking about it, where this actor's portrayal touched more closely to my soul.

This 1951 adaptation of A Christmas Carol used to be shown on at least one TV station every holiday season but disappeared in recent years. I consider it the best one and missed it so I bought the DVD. The quality is excellent. There is also a 'colorized' version included but I think colorizing original black and white films is pretty ridiculous. So we watched the black and while and loved it once again.

I can't believe I ordered in the pm and received it the next am. Wow, best service ever on line.

I have been looking for this for several years. Bought another version that was fluff. This is the movie that really describes Scrooge's transformation, without any ironic tone.

I checked with my doctor and he endorsed it. It works and has replaced a prescription medication. There are no apparent side effects with Prosta-Response which I suffered on the prescription meds. Definitely worth a try.

Prosta-Response has apparently helped me accomplish certain medical goals, specifically to reverse increases shown in my PSA level over the last couple years. My last blood test confirmed a reduction in my PSA level to less than 4.0. My urologist reviewed the ingredients of this product during my last consultation and encouraged me to continue taking it.

This product really works. I can tell because when I recently forgot to take it with me on a 5 day trip - I was miserable after 2 days.

My son was having a hard time getting over a persistant cough left over from bronchitis and a lower respiratory infection. He had had it for weeks. I am taking it along with my prescription medicine) to help strengthen my auto immune system since I have a mild case of lupus and for all-over health improvement. I have a mild case of Rosacea and heard that Seabuckthorn Seed Oil might help. After taking it about a month, I started to see a difference in the redness on my face - it was fading and has continued to be much less red than before.

I did notice improvements. I recommend this product for a healthy immune system.

Beware. Amazon advertised a picture of a yellow bag, each bag of Molemax covering 5000 sq ft. (Now they have picture of a Green bag)I ordered 12 yellow bags. They sent 12 yellow boxes instead, different product, each covering only 2500 sq ft of the lawn. I have sent Amazon many many e-mails. Amazon is refusing to send me the correct amount and instead asked me to return the product at my cost. S and H $35 each way for over $70 in total, to be paid by me. The company says its Amazon's fault, which put a wrong picture up. I believe the company. Amazon then threatened me with closing the 'claim' if I don't foot the bill of S and H to and from them, at my cost. They are refusing to send me the total amount I had ordered per the advertised picture. I have filed a claim thro' BBB.

If you have moles like I do, you should try this product. Those moles were driving me crazy. They kept building tunnels under my lawn and making it all lumpy. It got to the point that I couldn't have anyone over to play croquet. Everytime we tried to play croquet, the ball would hit a mole mound in the yard and go willy-nilly. So, nobody wanted to play croquet at my house. Thankfully, I found "Molemax" and my mole problem is behind me. The moles left my yard. I bet they went to my neighbor's yard, so "Ha! That's what you get for making fun of my yard." I still have to get the lumps out of my yard, but at least there's no new lumps to deal with. Moles are really weird looking too. They look sort of like a mouse but have a really pointy face and no ears and no eyes. Nonetheless, I wouldn't want to kill them because they're just trying to live and enjoy their lives just like me. So, I like the fact that Molemax just makes the my yard uninviting to the moles. They can just find another place to live. Which is fine with me because they can go live in my neighbor's yard and make his lawn all lumpy. Actually, they might help his lawn because he has very compact soil and the moles might help aerate the ground some.

I ordered my molemax after several very discouraging months of watching mole and gopher activity continually increase in my garden. I tried several other things before ordering the Mole Max on recommendation from a friend and it is the first thing that seemed to make a difference. The digging activity slowed to nothing and while I know I will need to reapply the molemax, the fact that it helped at all was greatly appreciated. Delivery of the product was also swift and easy.

I am surrounded by fields and woodland. The voles love my sandy yard and lush gardens especially during dry spells when the fields and woods dry out. I have lost hundreds of dollars worths of shrubs and perennials to these little beasties. My lawn and gardens were a nightmare network of tunnels. I can relate to movie Caddyshack. I'd blow them up if I could. So...I've tried poison pellets and all manner of castor based products. The poison was useless. Other castor products were moderately helpful, but required frequent reapplication. Molemax actually works and repels the little beasties for 6 - 8 weeks. I'd tried so many things, I'd forgotten the name so I ordered another product at the same time. No comparison. MOLEMAX outperforms everything and lasts for weeks. Follow the directions to water it in...then sit back an enjoy a tunnel free existence. Focus application intently on the edges of the driveway and sidewalks.

Product arrived when promised, and in good condition. Pricing was competitive. So far the product seems to be working but the real test is still to come. I have not found any competing products in the granular form that were competitive. The granulal mix is consistent and spreads consistently with a spreader. Currently I would recommend this product.

Delivery was fast, packaged well, seems to be a good product, will use it for spring garden.

I was given an Earthway seeder. It only had one plate and we wanted to plant a large plot with soybeans to imrove the soil. The seeder seemed like it would be the fastest way to plant the field and maintain rows, etc. The plates did fit the seeder You can't really talk about these plates without talking about the seeder. Many people swear by them. I didn't have much luck. I had 1/10th acre of fresh tilled ground. It was kind of lumpy. Before using the seeder you need to make the seed bed as smoothe as possible. Being a freshly converted meadow, it would have taken much repeated tilling, a disk harrow and a lot more work than I was willing to put in. The seeds need to remain dry, and the seeder needs to be constantly monitored to ensure seeds are being picked up and dropped by the seeder. Under ideal conditions this might have worked well. Under my conditions it was more trouble than it was worth.
